Your Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer support in Latvian across various channels (phone email chat)

Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining high customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience

Working closely with team members to meet service goals and targets
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in Latvian (both written and spoken)

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused attitude

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential
