Job Description
Join this established optometry practice in Upper Arlington Columbus OH as a parttime optometrist with an exciting opportunity for eventual sole ownership. This position offers a competitive preagreed hourly rate with the potential for bonuses and a pathway toward full ownership of the practice. While this role does not include traditional benefits it is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that prioritizes compassionate patient care seeing 12 patients per hour.
The practice currently operates limited hours from 11 AM to 6 PM on Thursdays and Saturdays and is open from 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesdays Fridays and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays once staffing returns to normal. Initially the ideal candidate will work two 4hour days per week with schedules expanding with growth.
The practice is wellequipped with a full range of optometric devices including a retinal camera and an extensive dispensary featuring a large variety of frames ensuring that patients receive highquality personalized service. Candidates will receive generous training if they are not familiar with the equipment. Their team consists of four parttime nonlicensed opticians and two parttime optometrists dedicated to maintaining the standard of care.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
