We are seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join us!
We are an established Private Outpatient Pain Management Practice that treats Adult patients.
Our position requires you to work between our 3 locations in: Hazel Crest Frankfort and Chicago (Midway area).
We are open to Full Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant candidates.
We offer great flexibility!
Our practice hours are: Monday Friday: 9am 5pm
We are closed on the weekends!
We are paying $50 $58 per hour Full Benefits!
Our Requirements are:
Illinois NP/PA License in good standing.
We prefer previous Pain Management experience.
We are open to Recent Graduates we offer support and training.
