Job Description
This is a fulltime benefit eligible position. Working on a turkey farm as a lab assistant. This position is responsible for coordinating lab samples in a sanitary lab environment. Recording of lab samples in the computer system. Preparing lab samples for distribution to other farm locations.
This is approximately 40 hours per week Monday Friday and an occasional Saturday. The shift begins at 3:00 am 11:30 am. The beginning rate of pay is $17.35 per hour. Benefits including Health Dental Vision Life insurance; 401K retirement plan Vacation and paid holidays.
Coordinate samples brought to the lab.
Maintain a clean and sterile lab department.
Bilingual English & Spanish
Process lab samples
Enter sample information into the computer
Prepare samples for cooler storage and distribution.
Clean lab area daily.
Prior experience is beneficial but not necessary. We provide onsite training.
