Position Highlights:
- 100% Outpatient Focus: Partner with a Medical Oncologist and Clinic RN and present as the patients care team.
- Caseload: After fully onboarded youd manage 1215 patients per day.
- Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of 6 Medical Oncologists 3 Surgical Oncologists 4 Radiation Oncologists and 4 Medical Oncology APPs.
What Youll Need:
- Strong Oncology Knowledge: Were seeking candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to grow within a highvolume highacuity outpatient setting.
- Team Player: Collaboration is keyour team thrives on the open exchange of ideas and mutual support.
- Flexibility & Commitment: This is a fulltime MondayFriday (85 position supporting outpatient service with a consistent schedule).

- Pay: Competitive compensation ($130461.00$149955 starting pay based on YOE) annual quality incentive merit increase with full benefits package including sign on and relocation bonus.
- Schedule: 4x10s MondayFriday (Day Off TBD) no weekends no call
- Location: Tacoma General Hospital an integral part of our MultiCare Cancer Institute on the 4th Floor Milgard featuring 21 exam rooms and 30 infusion chairs.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130461.00 $176947.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
