Installer - Cabinetry

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Install custom cabinetry including kitchen cabinets bathroom vanities builtins and other millwork according to project specifications and design plans.

• Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality accuracy and craftsmanship.

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.

• Measure and mark installation surfaces ensuring that all cabinetry is level plumb and securely fastened.

• Trim adjust and modify cabinetry onsite as needed to ensure a perfect fit.

• Work closely with project managers designers and clients to address any concerns or adjustments during installation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored and cared for.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• Communicate effectively with clients providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction with the installation process.

• Perform final inspections to ensure that all cabinetry is installed to the highest standards and meets customer expectations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with other trades (e.g. electricians plumbers) as needed to ensure smooth installation.

• Provide training and guidance to junior installers or apprentices if applicable

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cabinetry installer carpenter or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools including saws drills and measuring devices.

• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques materials and methods.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environments (e.g. indoors outdoors).

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom cabinetry installation.

• Certification in carpentry or related field.

• Experience working in highend residential or commercial construction projects.
