Kendal at Hanover is seeking aCapital Projects and Sustainability Director.The Capital Projects and Sustainability Director is responsible for executing major capital projects and incorporating those that promote sustainability on our campus. This role involves the planning coordination and oversight of projects that will improve environmental and economic outcomes.
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have:
A Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering Architecture Construction Facilities Management or other related field;
A minimum of five years of managementlevel experience in large facility building maintenance and operations that includes budgeting purchasing and supervisory experience;
Experience in supervision of skilled technical workers and general contracting vendor management;
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Six Sigma ISO 14001 or similar certification;
Professional Sustainability certifications and training (LEED accreditation/Certified Energy Manager);
A comprehensive understanding of sustainable practices and principles; and
A working knowledge of relevant local state and federal regulations regarding environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.
Pay range: $102000.00 $130000.00 per yeardependent on skills and experience.
