Pay range:
$25.42 $38.13FullTime/ 8 hour Day Shift
MondayFriday / no weekends or holidays
Overlake Medical Center and Clinics has a fulltime opportunity for a Surgery Coordinator to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinic on Overlakes main Bellevue hospital campus. The individual in this role will work to support and coordinate cardiac and lung surgeries for 3 busy surgeons who see patients across Washington state. This role will including checking patients in and out verifying insurance information scheduling and working incoming referrals answering incoming phone calls and supporting procedure insurance authorizations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years experience in a clinical or hospital scheduling environment required.
- Prior surgery scheduling experience preferred.
