AJ Group are recruiting HGV Drivers (Class 2 Cat C Licence) for our client in Lancashire we can offer day work Monday to Friday. Trailers can be a combination of curtain siders and fridges.
The Job
Start times vary between. You will be delivering ambient and chilled goods mostly to their customer warehouses around the UK. The majority of the delivery points will be the North West and outskirts. Drivers will be required to operate a tail lift to unload the cages. You may also be required to bring back empty cages/trollies.
The Driver
HGV Drivers applying for this job will need to have held their HGV Class 2 (Cat C Licence) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 minor points for insurance purposes.
Good knowledge of WTD is essential as some routes may require extended driving time.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Days 14.50
Saturday 17.00
Holiday pay is accrued separately to the rates listed above but can be added to your hourly rate upon request.
