Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) Opus is a Global Customer Relationship Management platform that enables our Travel Representatives to service our Centurion and Platinum Card Members.
How will you make an impact in this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to help us build upon our history of innovation and delivery as we expand our team and continue to forge a digitalfirst TLS within the GEN AI space.
Our platforms are built using a modern broad technical stack that consists of microservices built using Java Python and GEN AI capability. As a TPM you will be responsible for Project management using Agile methodologies change management Business analysis stakeholder management and Third party engagement to deliver highquality features to your servicing colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and clarify project objectives scope and deliverables for Agile teams
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones resource allocation velocity tracking run PIplanning backlog grooming and other Agile ceremonies
- Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serving as a bridge between business leaders AI teams and external vendors communicating regularly on project progress and any changes or issues
- Lead and manage funding requirements for the project team ensuring necessary resources and support
- Identify assess and manage risks and issues that may impact the project
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with AI specialists data scientists and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient development and deployment of AI models
- Conduct postproject evaluation to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement
- Continuous monitoring of project performance conducting thorough postproject evaluations and assessing the projects impact on business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal Technical Capabilities:
- Extensive experience (15 years or more) in managing software development projects in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification on Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe certifications)
- Experience on managing multiple teams via Scrum / Kanban boards (Jira Rally Boards) PIplanning with SAFe
- Understanding of AI systems data analytics and familiarity of Promptengineering Vector Databases Knowledge graph LangChain Responsible AI practices
- Extensive experience (15 years or more) in managing software development projects in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Domain Capabilities:
- Domain knowledge of Travel & Lifestyle
- Domain knowledge of Card Payments & Settlement is good to have
- Familiarity with GEN AI concepts
- Domain knowledge of Travel & Lifestyle
