Job Description
Our client is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. This role ensures the quality and reliability of all incoming and inhouse parts requiring strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work closely with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections on inbound materials and components including moulded parts fasteners cables and connectors ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Set up operate and troubleshoot robotic systems to maintain production efficiency.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products using appropriate equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of factory equipment for production and quality testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues.
- Handle electrical and electronic systems diagnosing and resolving errors as needed.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality concerns.
- Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain safety protocols in the factory.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Mechatronics Manufacturing Quality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control with handson knowledge of inspection methods and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Additional Notes
- Weekly punctuality incentive $50 per week
- Monthly incentive up to $400 if fully meet team KPI
