Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager (Financial Services) Remote within Germany
Location: Remotefirst (within Germany)
Travel: Projectbased (max. 3 days/week no MonFri travel)
Language Requirements: German (C1 English (B2
Contract Type: Permanent Fulltime or Parttime 3032h/week optional)
Salary:gross/year uncapped bonus (up to 200k possible)
Vacation: 30 days

Your Role
As a Senior IT Project Manager youll:

Lead and deliver mid to largescale IT projects in the financial services sector (banking/insurance)

Interface between technical and business stakeholders
-
Manage client communication project planning and
-
Apply both classic and agile project management methodologies

Support business analysis conceptual design and presentations

Optionally contribute to client acquisition and offer structuring

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
6 years of project management experience in consulting
Deep understanding of financial services processes and systems
Expertise in classic/agile PM moderation and business analysis
Track record managing largescale IT projects
Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills
A pragmatic mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
University degree (interdisciplinary fields welcome)
Comfortable with travel when needed and remote collaboration
