Job Description

Program Manager (PM) with Active Secret Clearance

Location: Arlington VA (primary); occasional travel to Fort Worth TX and remote sites

Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)

Position Overview:

The Program Manager oversees all contractual programmatic and
operational activities supporting the F35 FLO IT Services contract. The
PM serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the
Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officers Representative (COR).

Responsibilities:

Provide overall management and quality assurance for all contract tasks.
Coordinate with Government leadership on contract performance
reporting risk management and issue resolution.
Manage personnel performance across all supported sites including Arlington VA; Fort Worth TX; and remote CONUS/OCONUS locations.
Ensure compliance with DoD USCYBERCOM cybersecurity standards and solicitation requirements.
Oversee SLA adherence particularly 24/7 Help Desk operations and 30minute response times.
Manage staffing onboarding and retention of cleared personnel.

Qualifications:

PMP Certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT and cybersecurity programs.
Proven expertise managing cloudbased IT operations (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Bachelors Degree in IT Cybersecurity Engineering or related field preferred
