Job Description

Position: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for budgeting forecasting financial modeling and strategic analysis to support business decisionmaking. This role partners closely with business leaders and finance teams to drive insights and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning.
  • Analyze financial results compare against budgets/forecasts and provide variance explanations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports including dashboards KPIs and financial summaries.
  • Support senior management in strategic initiatives through datadriven insights and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Assist in scenario analysis investment appraisals and business case modeling.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Support preparation for Board meetings and investor presentations.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
  • Professional certifications (CPA CMA CFA) are a plus.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or related roles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
