Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking to welcome a Pool Attendant to join the team!
Our hotel which features 231 guest rooms overlooks the Atlantic Ocean offering direct access to the ninemile Miami Beachwalk. Miami Beach Convention center is within four miles. Includes two oceanview outdoor pools poolside cabanas and a private beach.
The ideal candidate holds 1 year in hospitality and customer service. Ability to work the varying shifts and able to work outdoors for duration of shift.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability and Flexibility 7AM3:30PM or 3PM11PM. (Weekdays weekends and holidays as needed).
Pay Rate:$14.00 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Pool Attendant you would be responsible for providing service to and for ensuring a clean safe and fun environment for guests at the cabanas in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards
- Greet and escort guests to their cabanas and attend to their cabanarelated needs including but not limited to getting fresh towels relocating chairs and/or umbrellas confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment etc.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the cabana service and preparing and delivering special amenities (fruit scented face cloths etc.) and services (frozen treats etc.)
- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the cabanas including but not limited to ensuring fullystocked cabana amenities cleaning ashtrays furniture tables and decks conducting periodic deep cleaning
- Monitor use of the cabanas and equipment and address and/or report potential hazards
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform additional duties as requested
