Position Description: The Junior Business Support Analyst provides support in the areas of human resources recruiting contracts project management and business development/marketing activities.
Minimum/General Experience: 0 1 years general corporate support experience
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in human resources or business administration
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Above average proficiency with MS Word including formatting
- Above average proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience with MS SharePoint
- Experience documenting/updating processes templates and job aids
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple roles simultaneously/multitask in a dynamic small business environment
- Ability to follow and implement established policies processes and procedures
- Use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines
- Ability to conduct research including internet research
- Ability to collaborate and work in a cohesive team
- Effective in interpersonal relationship building and collaboration
- Ability to work in a nonstandard office environment as needed

- Sedentary Work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
- Typing communicating repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
- Inside environmental conditions with protection from outside elements.

Tasks/activities include but are not limited to:
Human Resources
- Support Human Resources Lifecycle (recruiting employment compensation and benefits employee relations)
- Support hiring activities orientation programs and training activities
- Support the maintenance of human resources databases systems and repositories
- Support record retention processes and procedures
- Analyze wage and salary data and recommend effective compensation plans (e.g. salary surveys)
- Support policy updates and notifications (e.g. employee handbook code of conduct and ethics Organizational Conflict of Interest Quality Policy)
- Support employee engagement activities
- Support metrics collection and reporting
Recruiting
- Support recruiting program
- Support recruitment and retention strategies for highly qualified personnel
- Create job descriptions screening documents and reference documents
- Post job descriptions on a variety of platforms
- Schedule candidates for sessions throughout the recruiting process
- Support sourcing of candidates and external vendors as necessary
- Obtain needed information and data from applicants throughout the recruiting process (e.g. Complete Application NonDisclosure Agreement Consent to Release education verification)
- Document Applicant discrepancies and responses
- Support candidate tracking throughout recruiting process
- Support metrics collection and reporting
Other Corporate Areas
- Support Quality Management daytoday activities and the obtaining and maintenance of certifications and audits (e.g. ISO 9000 Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC))
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Support contracts activities

- Support security processes and procedures
