You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Office of the Registrar is seeking a Registrar Specialist II for Curriculum responsible for the final approval of courses course offerings and catalog publishing. This role involves coordinating and approving course edits and maintenance ensuring strict adherence to policies and accuracy. The position serves as a key resource to both the Office of the Registrar and campus partners to support changing needs across multiple crossfunctional teams.
The ideal candidate is detailoriented possesses excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities independently while thriving in a deadlinedriven environment. They will also enforce FERPA requirements and collaborate with the Office of Responsible Research on student record data usage.
Additionally the Registrar Specialist II will work during University Commencement Ceremonies each fall and spring semester. They will coordinate course offerings term to term support ECatalog course editing processes analyze reports to reconcile course issues develop training initiatives and provide technical support to university departmental staff.
This is a term position with the end date two years from the start date with the potential for renewal.
Example of Duties
Oversees the creation updating maintenance and approval of course offerings.
Supports ECatalog course editing and publishing processes.
Analyzes reports and reconciles course issues or discrepancies.
Develops and presents business unit training and materials.
Provides technical support to others with regard to the course editing process.
Assists with program of study and degree requirement maintenance.
May collaborate on business process troubleshooting and security.
Level Guidelines
