The Opportunity:
Fox Agency is a B2B marketing agency with offices in the UK Germany and the US. We opened our first US office in New York City in November 2023 and our Denver office we are building and scaling our US team.
Were looking for an Account Manager to serve as the key link between clients and our internal teams. Youll help grow and develop accounts by spotting opportunities challenging briefs and delivering smart timely and onbudget solutions.
As part of Client Services US you will provide a strong link between the US and UK teams to ensure a seamless workflow for our clients making the most of their big thinking to seek new and innovative ways to develop processes and approaches that will push the business forward.
This is a pivotal hire for Fox as we continue to grow our US presence. Youll be instrumental in expanding our client service offering and embedding our culture and values into everything we do stateside.

The Role:
- Effective management of your client relationships to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Instrumental in the delivery of highquality work that meets the clients needs
- Taking client briefs and writing concise creative development and artwork briefs
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
- Developing a greater understanding of the clients business including staying up to date of competitor activity
- Following agency processes and updating agency systems (e.g. Jira Scoro) based on project status
- Support with proposals based on an understanding of their clients business needs and requirements
- Setting agendas and maintaining accurate records of meetings decisions and next steps
- Keeping the team and client up to date with useful information e.g. competitor activity relevant industry news
- Preparing materials for pitches and client presentations
- Supporting Fox Agency US operations to include coordinating localmarket marketing activities and liaising with the UK based central marketing team.
