Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Program Manager to join our team in San Diego CA.
Founded in 1992 Predicate Logic is a womanowned employeeowned high technology engineering service company. Predicate Logics employees routinely receive many accolades and awards from its customers. The corporate headquarters is in San Diego California. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake Virginia specializing in communications engineering training and Cybersecurity and in Charleston South Carolina supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Draft program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction safety quality and team member performance.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyze program risks.
EXPERIENCE:
- Fifteen (15) years of Program Manager Experience including technology assessments systems design systems analysis programmatic support acquisition planning and budget planning.
EDUCATION:
- College degree in a technical or managerialrelated discipline.
