Are you looking for a fastpaced influential position handling a broad range of employee relations matters such as investigating allegations and complaints as well as coaching and counseling all levels of employees on a broad range of employee relations matters We are searching for an experienced and talented employee relations professional to join this highly collaborative employee relations team housed in Freddie Macs Human Resource Division.

Our Impact:

The Employee Relations Advisory Team is responsible for handling a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters including the resolution of employment allegations and complaints to ensure fairness consistency legal compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

Your Impact:

In this role you will:

• Counsel employees (executives people managers and staff) on a broad range of employee relations issues including performance management disability and religious accommodations leave corrective action reductionsinforce involuntary terminations and employee relations policies.

• Use your employee relations expertise to develop creative effective solutions to often complex employee relations problems issues and challenges.

• Proactively identify enhancements to employee relations processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant employee relations or investigative experience

• Familiarity with relevant federal state and local employment laws

• Proven workplace investigations skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence

• Experience advising counseling and making recommendations to management on a broad range of people related matters

• Proven to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise

• Keen attention to detail sound judgment tact and diplomacy

• Intellectually curious and innovative problem solver

• Proven ability to exercise the utmost discretion and preserve confidentiality
