Regular FLSA nonexempt fulltime 80 hours per pay period
Salary range: $37.62 $45.73 per hourThe anticipated schedule for this position is as follows:
Week 1 and Week 2: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm hybrid schedule (three days per week inoffice and two days per week remote)
A pay period is two weeks in length that starts on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday. This schedule is subject to change based on the Librarys current operational need.

Under continuing supervision this position is responsible for paraprofessional functions to assist members of the Financial Services team and/or departmental management in budgetary and financial support activities. Includes preparation and defense of a division/department budget and budget components of grant applications; financial management or fiscal/budgetary control of operating budgets capital projects and/or grants; analysis of financial issues; administrative support for procurement and contracting; coordination of digital files within Financial Services team; preparation of Library Financial Status Reports along with other ad hoc financial reports.
This position functions as a member of a Financial Services team that amongst other fullcycle financial responsibilities provides analytical and financial management support to the position reports to the Senior Financial Analyst & Accountant.Financial Monitoring
