Were pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Be a part of the Global Insights Business Partnering Team which works closely with PMD (Product and Marketing Development).
Concretely serve as the Business Partner with Audience and Portfolio Development team
Encourage and provoke decisions via objectivity and inquirybased insights.
Be anchored in key business issues and opportunities connect the dots across multiple data and insight sources to understand root causes and produce compelling business storylines that are embedded and actioned by the organisation.
Set direction for the insights journey for selected key collaborator groups.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in consultancy marketing and/or insights related functions with a track record of translating insights into business results.
Strong ability to understand business dynamics and excel in demonstrating insights consultancy.
Excellent communicator and influencer with experience in crafting impact via synthesised and comprehensive storytelling.
Big picture and critical thinker with courage to provoke constructively.
Excellent collaborator with ability to work across functional areas and ideally experience working within an innovation pipeline.
