Were looking for a detaildriven growthminded Content Specialist to join our inbound marketing team. Youll work closely with SEO managers and digital PR specialists reporting directly to our Head of SEO.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing Content Operations
- Manage content production find onboard and support freelance and internal contributors and make sure the work flows smoothly and meets our quality standards.
- Manage and improve workflows in our content tools (like AirOps) and other task management processes to support the scale of operations.
- Manage and improve the content review optimization and cleanup pipelines ensuring everything published meets quality SEO and brand standards.
Collaborating with other
- Team up with social brand and design teams to enrich content with multimedia usergenerated content or promotional assets that cant be automated via AI.
- Work with our SEO & LLM Search specialist to ensure our content is optimized for the future including AI and emerging search engine types while still making a strong impact today.
- Collaborate closely with the SEO Productled SEO and Digital PR teams to help more people discover and engage with our content.
Growing and Improving Our Content
- Organize and maintain our content structure (hubs interlinking tags) to boost SEO discoverability and user experience.
- Manage and update author profiles to ensure consistency and build credibility across our blog.
- Spot new opportunities for contentdriven growth from campaign ideas to evergreen topics.
- Brainstorm and prioritize new content formats distribution strategies and experiments.
- Track and analyze content performance to find ways to improve speed quality and impact.
- Help set and monitor operational KPIs such as content output volume and review timelines.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 4 years of experience working in content operations SEO content management or leading editorial workflows ideally in fastmoving highvolume environments.
- Great project management skills youre used to juggling multiple tasks and coordinating freelance or remote teams without missing a beat.
- A strong understanding of how SEO content should be built linked and scaled to drive real growth.
- Comfortable working with tools like AirOps WordPress content trackers and productivity platforms to keep everything running smoothly.
- Strong communicator and team player youre great at keeping people aligned and moving in the right direction.
- You understand that great content isnt enough it needs to drive real business impact and support company goals.
- Youre naturally curious love building and improving processes and always look for ways to make things work better and smarter.
