Security Officers Baseline and TSPV
About our client:We are in an exclusive partnership with our client who is a is a wellknown and prestigious national security provider recognized for their commitment to excellence and high standards in security services. They offer comprehensive security solutions tailored to meet the needs of various industries and sectors.
About the role:We are seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers with an AGSVA security clearance of Baseline or TSPV. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing all general security guard duties ensuring the safety and security of personnel property and information on Federal Government and Defence sites.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular patrols and inspections to ensure the security of the premises.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the facility.
- Responding to alarms and incidents providing assistance as required.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of security activities.
- Enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
- Performing risk assessments and reporting any security breaches or hazards.
- Collaborating with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as necessary.
The successful candidate:The successful candidate must be able to satisfy the following criteria:
- Hold a current AGSVA security clearance (at any level).
- Demonstrate experience in security operations and procedures.
- Possess strong observational and communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Have the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
