Responsibilities
- Manage Factory Mart stock on a national basis
- Ensure supply meets demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Improve infill rate and reduce stock shortages
- Act as the liaison between Factory Branches Procurement Equipment Casings and other departments
- Prepare accurate customer quotes and support regional managers with inventory data
- Perform sales and inventory analysis to support business needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in buying procurement or demand planning
- Proven stock management skills
- Highlevel communication across all levels of the organization
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong decisionmaking and reasoning capabilities
- Commitment to service excellence and attention to detail
- Planning time management and problemsolving skills
- Customerfocused and enthusiastic work ethic
- Product knowledge in a retail or industrial environment
- Computer literacy: MS Word Excel Email and Syspro
