Job Description
Provide Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) support to a dynamic Neurosurgical practice located in areas include time in the Operating Room Hospital and Clinic settings. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in all of these the group consists of 3 surgeons and 2 Advance Practice Providers. Subspecialties/service lines: spine brain tumor skull base neurovascular and peripheral nerve. A physician and an NP/PA are always on call to cover inpatient needs emergency room consults and operating room needs.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner: Mastersprepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP or ANP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.
BLS required. Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges
