Fort Collins Nissan is looking for a highperforming Sales Manager to help lead our awardwinning sales team to the next level. This is a prime opportunity for a driven experienced automotive sales professional to step into a key leadership role within a respected and fastgrowing dealership.

What Youll Do

  • Motivate coach and lead a team of Sales Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

  • Support all aspects of the sales processfrom desking deals to maximizing gross profit and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive performance in new used leasing and subprime segments with a focus on volume and CSI.

  • Champion Nissan product knowledge and ensure the team is up to date on all current models incentives and features.

  • Monitor key metrics daily and take action to improve sales performance conversion rates and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager Finance and Fixed Ops teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in recruiting training and developing top talentcreating a culture of excellence accountability and growth.

  • Ensure all team activities align with dealership policies compliance standards and brand expectations.

What Were Looking For

  • At least 35 years of automotive sales experience including 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • A proven track record in new and preowned vehicle sales with strong desking and dealclosing skills.

  • A handson leader who inspires others and leads by example.

  • Knowledge of subprime credit leasing and digital retailing strategies.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership systems like Dealertrack Eleads and Vauto.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.

  • A passion for the Nissan brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
