Kalapawai Caf & Deli is Hiring for the position of line cook.
Base pay is $16$17/hr. Tips are generally $5$6/hr. and are added to paycheck.
Total pay including tips is approx. $21$22/hr.
This is a fast paced and high energy position. Skills required Saute (1 2 years) grill pantry Knife memory organizational and communication.
Duties: Prep and ready your station Batch cooking (stew sauces roasting projects etc.) Starches for evening service execution of orders change out and break down of your station and general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
We offer: Medical with Kaiser Permanente (includes dental vision and drug) or HMSA profit sharing paid vacation (up to 2 weeks) and 25% discount off food and beverage on/off shift..

Requirements/Responsibilities
