We are seeking a datadriven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead the planning execution and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns focused on the Life Sciences industry. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth accelerating customer acquisition and optimizing fullfunnel marketing performance. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B demand generation strategies accountbased marketing (ABM) and digital marketing tactics tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the Life Sciences sector.

This is a highimpact role that requires strong crossfunctional collaboration with Senior Sales Leadership Product Marketing and Sales/Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on revenuedriving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness engagement and pipeline growth within the Life Sciences market.
  • Own pipeline and revenue goals partnering with Sales to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Lead accountbased marketing (ABM) initiatives to target key Life Sciences accounts with personalized multichannel campaigns.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine campaign strategies and improve marketing ROI.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns including paid media content marketing email nurture programs SEO webinars and events.
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies improving MQLtoSQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop compelling messaging content and positioning tailored for Life Sciences buyers.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to refine lead scoring tracking and attribution models for more accurate performance measurement.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Align with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline goals and enable effective lead followup.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops & Analytics to monitor campaign performance track KPIs and provide insights for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to maximize marketing impact.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of direct experience in B2B demand generation growth marketing or related roles in Life Sciences Healthcare and SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing highperforming demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Please be prepared to provide specific campaign examples along with key metrics and outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in accountbased marketing (ABM) paid media SEO email marketing and digital demand generation tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data report on key metrics and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with Sales Product Marketing and other crossfunctional leadership.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences industry trends buyer personas and regulatory considerations is required.
