Job Summary
Assesses patient voice conditions by performing invasive and noninvasive diagnostic tests to include but not limited to endoscopic acoustic aerodynamic and physiologic exams.Qualifications

Licenses and Credentials
Speechlanguage Pathologist State License Generic HR Only required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology CCCA American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology CCCSLP American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred
Experience
5 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of patients with voice disorders (Voice Specialized) including care of professional voice users (e.g. singers).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Familiarity of diagnostic assessments for voice disorders.
Employee must have strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to incorporate new clinical procedures sufficiently to perform clinical services independently.
Ability to perform functions associated with contemporary audiology and speechlanguage pathology scope of practice.
Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problemsolving and decisionmaking.
Knowledge of state standards federal and state regulations.
