Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks in a timely courteous and professional manner.
Answer questions regarding menu items ingredients and dietary options.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal and addressing any needs.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery.
Handle payments issue receipts return change or process credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of tables stations and service areas.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist the host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
Present the menu and answer questions about menu items.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
