Highlights:

  • 4 ten hour shifts per week
  • First Shift: Monday Thursday 5 am to 3:00 pm
  • Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.
  • Birthday day off Holidays Paid time off between Christmas and New Years PTO (beginning day one)

Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician where youll work directly on the production line assembling highquality commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their manufacturing journey in a clean organized and growthfocused workplace while performing the following duties:

  • Assemble HVAC equipment using hand and power tools such as riveters drills caulk guns and bolting equipment.
  • Install insulation and other components per build specifications.
  • Perform tasks safely and efficiently according to standard work instructions and cycle times.
  • Maintain equipment tools and a clean work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to proactive safety activities.
  • Deliver highquality defectfree products.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts including 5S RCA and other tools.
  • Support strategic goals and model positive team behaviors.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical dental vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working under close supervision in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement is a plus
