Job Description
What youll do
- Engage with customers in the home theater department to support the customer experience complete transactions drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns professionally ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively
- Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
- Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department
- 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales customer service or related fields
- 1 year of leadership experience in related field or military leadership equivalent (see my comment below on why this is highlighted)
- 1 year of experience selling in premium products luxury brands and/or custom design environments
- 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
