Job Description
We are in search of a CoOp Engineer to join our Power & Water Solutions business based in Cranberry Township PA. Power & Water Solutions is an industryleading controls automation company that focuses on providing applications in the renewable (solar hydro wind) fossil (natural gas and coal) power generation and water treatment plants sectors. We focus on upgrading existing plant control systems with industryleading automation controls and instrumentation to promote the sustainability and longevity of our North American power grid and wastewater infrastructure. In this role you will be using the latest software and hardware platform including our virtualization simulation and remote support technologies to provide customized and efficient solutions to our customers.
We will offer you handson work experience and onthejob training supported by senior engineers and mentorship.
As a Coop engineer you will:
- Be part of a global collaborative and innovative team passionate about solving complex electrical mechanical and software problems
- Learn about automation solutions for our project process and products to meet our customer demands
- Immediately contribute to application design and engineering execution of projects
- Provide new and diverse ideas to the engineering and management teams
- Be given opportunities to build and develop your technical capabilities
- Have opportunities to work in an office travel to the field visit vendors and/or observe system manufacturing and testing activities
- Can expect to receive a realworld application of engineering principles balanced with an understanding of customer needs and financial/schedule constraints
- Be paired with senior engineers to provide you with mentorship and training
- Work together with other coops on specific multifunctional projects
- Complete 3 rotations as a coop engineer. Our coop program runs one semester on one semester off.

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Pursuing Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical discipline
- Enrolled in a formal CoOp program as part of your bachelors degrees curriculum
- Complete thefull CoOp program three semesterlong rotations
- Travel up to 5%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this position
