Whats on offer
We offer graduates a oneyear graduate rotational program based in our London office starting Monday 21st July 2025.
You will have the opportunity of 3 rotations (3 different teams) during your year with us. However if we find that during this graduate program that you are excelling in a particular team you may then spend two (or more!) rotations honing your skills in that area. This is designed to ensure that your time with us is focused on the development of your most promising skills.

Role requirements
- You are a recent graduate or expect to graduate in summer 2025 with a minimum 2:1 BSc Degree we are open to the field so long as you are passionate about a career on the commercial business side.
- Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An aptitude for working with data and an understanding of how it can be used in decision making.
- You are selfdriven and selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.

- Engaging communication and interpersonal skills we value great teamwork and collaboration.
- A genuine interest in building a career in financial technology (FinTech).
- Solid analytical and problemsolving skills; youll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail.

Role Location & Benefits
- Hybrid working 100 days per annum to work remotely
