About the role:

Based in our Melbourne agency the opportunity will involve working across one of our biggest clients where you will be immersed deeply in the business and support across a range of brand projects spanning TV OOH print through to digital all connecting back to solving business challenges. The account is fastpaced expands across multiple touch points in each campaign and is packed with growth opportunities.

Were looking for an Account Manager who is inspired by creative opportunities and has the passion to help bring these to life for their clients. By joining our team youll get to partner with a global brand with impressive creative opportunities work with industryleading minds across strategy creative and account service.

What youll be doing:

• Handle daytoday administration of the account including internal and client WIPS workflow control meetings minutes estimates and records under the direction of the Account Director
• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients brand and its competitive environment
• Write briefs under the supervision of the Account Director
• Work with internal stakeholders to get things done on time on budget and at the right quality including peers across departments and disciplines
• Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with the work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions

What youll bring:

• 1 years of agency experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities
• Ability to relate well to a variety of people & build productive relationships while still introducing elements of fun and humour in the workplace
• Demonstrates initiative a proactive thinker and doer who is inquisitive hungry to learn and looks for ways to make a difference
• The ability to approach problemsolving in innovative ways to gain the best solution.
