- Supervisory Responsibility: Assistant Director of Website
The position reports to TheSr. Director of Marketing Mail Print and Imaging Services/Brand Manager
Required Core Competencies and Professional Experience:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing comprehensive digital advertising or marketing strategy.
- Strong expertise in analyzing metrics setting KPIs and using data to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategies.
- A minimum of 34 years of experience in executing SEO efforts and managing websites while aligning them with other digital strategies to enhance crosschannel efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Smartsheet or similar platforms.
- Ability to plan allocate and track marketing budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Strong creative direction capabilities to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Proven skills in leading mentoring and motivating a highperforming marketing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and build relationships with external vendors and partners.
