Responsibilities
Act as the principal designer for our complex Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software application system and subsystems.
Identify application development solutions design new and modified programs and features code new and modified programs and document test implement and provide ongoing support for the applications.
Lead an IVR development team for planning scheduling status reporting production release production support activities and coordinate with IT management and business team for successful project deliveries.
Perform requirement analysis feasibility study solution design development unit testing integration testing defect analysis load testing production release and postproduction support.
Design develop an integrate selfservice IVR applications.
Design and develop accelerators or frameworks to optimize application development quality testing production monitoring and grievance handling processes. Apply contact center domain expertise to improve selfservice application performance and business KPIs.
Participate in project ceremonies such as Sprint planning Backlog refinements Daily standup Sprint review and Retrospective. Hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computers or Engineering plus 10 years of software development experience. Must have experience with: software development related to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software applications; Project Planning and Delivery; Contact Center IVR Application Development; Cloud Components such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) Rabbit MQ Redis or Splunk; Genesys; Nuance; VXML; and Java
