What success looks like in this role:
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Team Lead IAM with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing IAM operations technical leadership and coordination. The candidate must have deep expertise in SailPoint Okta and broader IAM practices with the ability to lead a team coordinate crossfunctional efforts and interface with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead and escalation point for all IAMrelated activities.
- Lead implementation integration and configuration of SailPoint and Okta.
- Coordinate daily operations project deliverables and resource allocation within the IAM team.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Oversee audits compliance reviews and IAM documentation practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement across IAM processes.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Skills:
- 810 years of experience in IAM with team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow Okta SSO/MFA and user lifecycle automation.
- Solid grasp of security best practices governance frameworks and policy enforcement.
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
