We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a wonderful group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious properties a free house with rooms set in the spectacular scenery of the Cotswolds is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead their talented kitchen brigade.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef.
- 34000 per annum plus 6000 to 8000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week
- Cooking with fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Working closely alongside a fantastic Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef.
- Creating a variety of highquality dishes from an everchanging seasonal menu
- Making the most of the gastropubs access to the very best locally sourced ingredients
- Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
- Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
This presents an unmissable opportunity for a Sous Chef who has worked in restaurants at a Rosette standard where you will showcase your kitchen management skills and create an exciting array of seasonal dishes from their everchanging menu.
