Overview
Darlows Estate Agents are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven to join their team as a Trainee Estate Agent. If you are looking to begin a career in Estate Agency and are passionate about delivering first class customer service then this could be the role for you. We provide industry leading training at our Learning and Development Centre upon enrolment as well as ongoing support to develop your career.
As an Estate Agent at Darlows Estate Agents in Llanishen Cardiff you will receive:
- 25000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at Darlows Estate Agents in Llanishen Cardiff:
- Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing door knocking leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
