Job Description
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Oversee & Support Trade Compliance business unit functions Mostly Exports some imports in the Cleveland area
EXPECTATIONS
Oversee &Support Business Unit Mostly Exports some imports
Full responsibility to support/guide/audit all Compliance Trade Issues within multiple business units
Consult with Counsel on necessary TC matters
Responsible for all proper procedures/training/oversight of export licensing where needed
Strong leadership/managerial skills
Work with all Government agencies to especially CBP & BIS
Procedures/manuals/training
ESSENTIALS
Bachelors Degree preferred
Current highlevel managerial skills/leadership overseeing a Compliance group
Experience in corporate trade compliance North America
ITAR licensing required
Auditing experience
Experience with Govt agencies CBP BIS OFAC
Extensive experience in Microsoft applications
20% local day travel within the Cleveland OH area
