As an Analyst in Service Excellence Improvement & Projects youll play a pivotal role in enhancing HR services across the University. You will have the opportunity to lead special projects analyse data for informed decisionmaking and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations allowing you to build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor within the HR function and Business Services.

Your new team HR Services
HR Services provide specialist and transactional services across the employee lifecycle including recruitment payroll and travel.
The Service Excellence Improvement & Projects team deliver projects driven by senior leadership priorities and compliance initiatives for HR Services and the wider HR portfolio and lead activities to embed a culture of continuous improvement within HR Services.
