The Job:

As a Store Manager youll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as an onsite employee. Youll get to:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling inventory management and visual merchandising. Ensure the store is clean organized and wellmaintained.
• Manage the stores budget including expenses payroll and other financial aspects. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and make informed business decisions.
• Recruit train and develop a team of Sales Associates. Provide ongoing coaching feedback and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of team performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a customercentric culture by ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure adequate stock levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Team and Finance to implement instore marketing initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the stores presence and reputation in the community.

The Person:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in business retail management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 35 years of retail management experience preferably in a similar environment.
• Experience with Shopify POS preferred
• Ability to work independently to achieve results in all categories while maintaining the daytoday functions of the center successfully
• Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel Power Point Word Outlook. SAP experience is a Plus; Proficiency using a POS system
• Possess the ability to meet and maintain daily/weekly/quarterly productivity goals without sacrificing quality;
• Ability to build cultivate and maintain strong relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
