WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE AT TEAM RC
- All applicants must be available to work day night and weekend shifts with schedules that are subject to change based on operational needs. Flexibility is essential.

- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled inspections on building systems (HVAC plumbing electrical etc.).
- Conduct general repairs to doors windows walls flooring and other structural components.
- Maintain lighting systems by replacing light bulbs ballasts and handling minor electrical repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
- Paint and patch surfaces including drywall repair and surface touchups.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support safety compliance checks.
- Assist with renovation or remodeling projects.
- Track and complete work orders maintain supply inventory and coordinate with outside vendors.

Education and/or Experience:
Graduation from high school or equivalent and one year of experience in construction or maintenance work or any combination of training and experience that provides the desired knowledge and abilities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of methods common tools and equipment used in public works construction and maintenance work; basic safety precautions and procedures. Ability to perform skilled and unskilled maintenance work; operate and perform routine maintenance and servicing of a variety of powerdriven equipment and power tools; understand and follow verbal and written instructions; work safely and efficiently with others and assist in the training of less experienced workers; deal tactfully with the public.Special Requirements:
Possession of or ability to obtain an appropriate California drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.WHERE DO YOU GO FROM HERE
