Job Description
Eatons ES AMER ESS is currently seeking a Industrial Spray Painter 2nd Shift to join our team on Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha WI!
The hourly rate for this position is $24.50 per hour $2.50/hr shift premium.
The core hours are 3 pm 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

This position is offering a signon bonus of $2000* less applicable withholding.
*Bonus terms:
Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st 2025 to qualify.

Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required.
Previous industrial manufacturing or automotive spraypainting experience.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50mile radius of Waukesha WI will be considered. ActiveDuty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous working knowledge of industrial airless and/or air pressure painting
Minimum of six (6) months of previous industrial spraypainting experience is preferred.
Skills:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Ability to be certified to wear personal respirator with or without reasonable accommodations.
