As aServicesEnablement Advisoryour primary responsibilities are to supportthe sales team by engaging in presales activities identifying project scope creating project timelines understandingthe sales pipelineanddelivering statements of work(SOW) that alignwithresource closely with the Professional Services teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate withmultiple Sales stakeholdersto identifyproject scopeprebooking deliverablesand implementation methodology
  • Engageinpresalesactivitiessuchasproductdemonstrationsscoping callsandcustomermeetings
  • CreateprojecttimelinesandworkwiththeProfessionalServicesteamtoensuresuccessfulproject execution
  • Deliverstatementsofwork(SOW)thatclearlyoutline projectdeliverablestimelinesandexpectations
  • Basic knowledge of thesales pipeline to ensure adequate opportunities areidentifiedprogressed and forecasted accurately
  • Alignstatements of work tocurrent resource and supplychain capacity to ensure deliverables canbe met
  • Work asa liaison between internal Omnicell teams andcustomer project team to deliver allprojectplanning documentation to the Professional Services aligned project team
  • Assist inthecreationanddelivery executive oflevelpresentations regarding projectdeliverablestimelines and expectations
  • Managecustomerescalationsanddifficultconversations
  • SupportSalesandProfessionalServicesgoalsbyensuringcustomersatisfactionandprojectsuccess

RequiredKnowledgeandSkills

  • Balanceofdrivebusinessacumen and interpersonalskills.
  • Haveapositiveprofessionaldemeanorandpresentationinallinternalandcustomerinteractions.

BasicQualifications

  • Bachelors DegreeinBusinessAdministrationorarelated fieldand3yearsofpresales engagement or clientfacing project management experience in software solutions industry
  • InlieuofBachelors degree6yearsofpresales engagement orproject management experience in software solutions industry
  • Demonstrated asuccessful track recordof leading or managing multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive business outcomes
  • ExperienceworkingwithCRMsystemssuchasSalesforce

PreferredQualifications

  • MastersDegree

WorkConditions
