Work Schedule:

The is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled MondayFriday between the hours of 7:30 AM 4:00 PM with some weekend and holiday requirements. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Your primary work location will be at the Digestive health clinic when not covering other locations. You must be flexible to cover West side and East side locations.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative Ambulatoryto:

  • Enter and verify demographic and insurance information identify and collect patient financial obligations and register or admit patients.
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience exhibit empathy engage in compassionate collections and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a customer servicerelated field Required
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center business financial or insurance related field Preferred
