Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive a targeted book of highprofile Life Sciences accounts aiming to add new accounts and expand current ones.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plans that provide clarity on how you can expand business within specific accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales processes with prospective and current customers aligning their business objectives with our product and service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors champions and key decisionmakers within customer organizations.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that customer expectations align with our product roadmap and service capabilities.
  • Advocate for new product features and share customer insights with Sales Product Customer Success and Development teams.
  • Represent Blue Mountain at industry and cloud provider events showcasing our deep expertise in Life Sciences Manufacturing.
  • Travel to key geographies to meet with and develop customer and prospect relationships.

Required Background and Skills:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive with proven success
  • 35 Years selling SaaS into Life Sciences
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for problemsolving and negotiating winwin solutions.
  • Ability to present to CSuite clients with confidence and polish.
  • Demonstrated success in building trust with executive sponsors and decisionmakers.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced evolving environment.
  • Strong technical acumen and a customerfocused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce Dynamics Sugar) and LinkedIn.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Blue Mountain Quality Resources is the leading developer of asset management software for the Life Sciences industry. Our software solution Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM) is used across the globe by pharmaceutical biotech and medical device companies.
