Position Description:
As a Business Operations Coop Student you will play a key role in supporting the internal operations of our consulting practice. This role is ideal for a student who is highly organized detailoriented and interested in gaining practical experience in business operations within a leading global technology and consulting firm.
You will collaborate with teams across the business and assist with process improvement reporting documentation and coordination tasks that drive operational efficiency and client success.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
What Youll Do:
Support the development and maintenance of internal reports dashboards and performance metrics
Assist with documenting and improving business processes and operational workflows
Help coordinate internal meetings project tracking activities and team communications
Conduct research and prepare summaries to support strategic and operational initiatives
Provide administrative support in areas such as procurement project coordination and internal systems
Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and contribute to internal project execution
Participate in special projects and internal improvement initiatives as needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
What Were Looking For:
Enrolled in a postsecondary coop program in Business Administration Commerce Operations Management or a related field
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Highlevel proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint Power BI Dynamics 365) is an asset
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious analytical and eager to learn in a dynamic consulting environment
Relevant experience gained through coop terms internships or other professional roles will be viewed as a strong asset.
